Hospitality

Participants has to pay enrollment fee of Rs 150/- per head on the day of the event.
Participants will be given kits after the enrollment.
We will provide lunch on both days of the event.
Accommodation will be provided and will be charged accordingly.
As we have limited accommodation, it is provided on first come first serve basis. Hence any requests in this regard are not entertained.
Request for individual rooms during allotment and complaints in this regard will not be entertained.
Please note that you will have to share the accommodation facility with other participants from other colleges.
Any kind of indisciplinary actions during the fest will lead to severe action.
Participants are requested to carry their Spoorthi participant I.D card always and produce it on demand.
Any damage to the University property will be fined accordingly.
We are not responsible for any loss of valuables, luggage, laptops or any other belongings of the participants.
Participants are requested to bring their college I.D card.
All Participants have to Register for Spoorthi' 12 on the day of the event.
Accommodation can't be provided for the upcoming registrations of robotics workshop, so people who are yet to register should make their own arrangements.
